Indian minister visits Sri Lanka
	India's Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh visits Sri Lanka amid embarrassing calls at home to partition Sri Lanka to end the island's ethnic conflict. The Delhi government is against such a move but says it is committed to a negotiated political solution to the Tamil separatist rebellion.
