| There has been a high turnout in the polls in the capital Podgorica and the coastal town of Herceg Novi which account for a third of the Montenegrin electorate. The reformist president, Milo Djukanovic faces a strong challenge from parties loyal to the Yugoslav leader, Slobodan Milosevic. The BBC's Jacky Rowland reports from Montenegro. |
