Luther King plot ruled out
	The US Justice Department finds "no reliable evidence" of a conspiracy behind the 1968 assassination of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. The civil rights activist was gunned down in 1968 by James Earl Ray. Ray later claimed that he had been set-up by a mysterious man called "Raoul". The BBC's Rob Watson reports.
