Waiting for a promise
	An American waitress has been shortchanged by ten thousand dollars by a British customer who could not honour his generous tip. Melanie Uczen from Chicago went to cash her reward only to find the doctor had exceeded his credit limit and the transaction was rejected. The BBC's Mike London reports.
