Death Row

The US state of Texas, which has some of the country's toughest views on capital punishment is under pressure to drop its use of the death penalty. A growing national movement against executions has been fuelled by a case in Illinois, where all executions were suspended indefinitely after thirteen innocent men were released from death row.
