Olympic flame arrives in Australia
The flame arrived just after sunrise at Uluru, formerly Ayers Rock, in the heart of the Kata Tjuta National Park in central Australia. It was handed first to Aboriginal representatives. It will now travel across Australia, even under water through the Great Barrier Reef, before arriving in Sydney ready for the opening ceremony of the games.
