Leaders gather to mourn Obuchi

Political leaders from around the world have gathered in Tokyo for a memorial service in honour of the former Japanese prime minister, Keizo Obuchi, who died last month.

President Clinton was one of the leaders also using the occasion for diplomatic meetings.

He's seeing Mr Obuchi's successor,Yoshiro Mori, and both men were due to meet the South Korean president, Kim Dae-Jung, to discuss next week's first-ever summit meeting between North and South Korea.
