Bomb blast kills Sri Lankan minister
	Industry Minister CV Gooneratne is among those killed in the explosion as he was collecting donations for the army in his constituency in Colombo. The police have blamed the attack on a Tamil Tiger suicide bomber. The BBC's Mike Wooldridge reports.
