Tony Blair's keynote speech
	Tony Blair calls for a return to 'traditional British values'. He tells the annual meeting of the Women's Institute in London that the idea of 'community' is now at the heart of his beliefs and he wants to rebuild a Britain where there is 'opportunity for all'. It is his first speech since he took some time off to be with his new-born son, Leo.
