Amnesty targets Nato's 'war crimes'

The human rights organisation, Amnesty International, has accused Nato of committing war crimes during last year's bombing campaign against Yugoslavia. In a new report, Amnesty says Nato forces violated the rules of war, and this resulted in the unlawful killing of civilians. It also singles out the bombing of the Serbian state television building. The report has been welcomed in Belgrade, but a Nato spokesman rejected the findings, saying all of its targets had been carefully chosen.
