Over the hill?
	Over the years ther have been some classic England-Germany confrontations on the football pitch - with England often coming off worse, especially if it comes down to penalties. The two teams are due to meeet in the forthcoming Euro 2000 championships and it appears England's luck could be in. The BBC's Caroline Wyatt reports.
