He currently plies his trade in Switzerland with Servette but he has been dogged with injuries in recent times.

This meant he made only one appearance for Slovenia in the qualifying games and that was as a substitute.

He started his career with Svoboda Ljubljana before moving across the city to join Olimpija. From there he moved to the French club Bastia for a year and then on to Servette.

His game is based on power but he is mobile for a man of his size, and has scored four goals in 18 appearances for the national team.
