Romanians fire on Turkish boat

The Romanian coast guard has opened fire and hit a Turkish boat which it accused of fishing ilegally.

All seventeen crew members have been detained in the port of Constanta; one is slightly injured.

It's the third incident involving the Romanian coast guard and Turkish vessels. Similar incidents involving Turkish vessels have taken place in Ukrainian and Bulgarian teritorial waters of the Black Sea.
