Torrential rains in Colombia

More heavy rain is forecast across parts of southern Colombia where at least eleven people died in torrential downpours over the weekend.

The rains, which have been falling for several days, have provoked mudslides and caused rivers to burst their banks.

Many roads are impassable and several hundred homes have been damaged or destroyed.
