Vietnam floods
	Six months ago the coastal areas of central Vietnam were struck by the worst flooding in nearly half a century. Several hundred people were killed. Roads and other infrastructure suffered severe damage. Much of the rice harvest was lost. The BBC's Simon Ingram visits the most severely-affected area near the historic city of Hue.
