Inquiry launched into US plane crash
Officials in the United States are launching an inquiry into how a charter plane crashed in Pennsylvania, killing all 19 people on board. The British Aerospace Jetstream was carrying passengers home from a casino when it came down ten miles short of Scranton International Airport. The BBC's Philippa Thomas reports from Washington.
