Haitians vote at last
	If the observers rule the ballot free and fair, Haiti will have its first functioning government in three years and gain access to millions of dollars in frozen foreign aid. Some observers predict a high turn-out, with voters fed up with the political chaos and ready for change. But the BBC's Peter Greste in Port au Prince says it depends very much on how the early voting proceeds.
