Officials pilloried over US forest fire
	A forest fire in the United States which was started two weeks ago is still burning. Four hundred people have been forced from their homes, and the fire has destroyed part of a nuclear laboratory. As the BBC's Nick Bryant reports, officials involved in controlling the fire are being heavily criticised.
