Peru election chaos
	Peru faces national protests after the opposition candidate in the presidential race vowed not to run unless the election is postponed. Alejandro Toledo says he will not participate in the run-off ballot against President Alberto Fujimori unless there is a three week delay. He says this will ensure the vote is fair.
