French market traders selling traditional cheeses and meats are preparing to defy new hygiene rules from the European Union. They say their cultural cuisine is threatened by new regulations governing food storage temperatures that come into force this week. France has already had 5 years longer than the rest of Europe to comply, but as our Paris correspondent James Coomarasamy reports, that still doesn't satisfy French stallholders and shoppers.
