Setback in the deal for Fijian hostages
The Prime Minister, Mahendra Chaudry, and over 30 others, have been held for over two weeks. Rebel leader George Speight accuses the military of a breach of faith, and says it is now unlikely his earlier suggestion, that the hostages will be released this weekend, will happen. The BBCs Phil Mercer sends this report from Fiji's capital, Suva.
