Arrest warrants for Enschede owners

The Dutch authorities have issued an international arrest warrant for the owners of the firework warehouse that exploded in the town of Enschede on Saturday.

The two owners have been missing since the blast, and their homes were searched on Thursday.

At least eighteen people and nine hundred were injured died in the blast; thirteen people are still missing.

The victims will be commemorated with a silent march through Enschede later today, and flags across the country will be flown at half mast.
