JKLF: India talks offer insincere
The chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Yaseen Malik, has said he believes India's offer to hold talks on the future of Kashmir is not sincere. He told the BBC that India's insistence that such talks could only take place within the framework of the Indian constitution was unacceptable. And he pointed out that no such condition applied to talks about other conflicts -- for example, that in Nagaland. He said India was simmply trying to mislead the world community.
