Flying the flag
	Turkey's new president, Ahmet Necdet Sezer, takes office today. Observers say his seven-year term will be very different to that of his predecessor, Suleyman Demirel, as he will be the first Turkish president with no political or military background. The BBC's Chris Morris is in Ankara.
