Tripoli-Dubai regular flights
The Libyan national airline has begun what it says will be a regular service to the United Arab Emirates. The announcement comes as Libya renews its links with the outside world, following the lifting of sanctions after it handed over the men wanted in connection with the bombing of the Pan-Am flight over Scotland in 1988.
