3-D speed bump unveiled

Drivers in Philadelphia have been confused by 'fake' speed bumps that have started to appear around the city.

The bumps have been created by high-tech plastic devices which create a 3-D image that looks like a bump in the road and gives the illusion that something is sticking up, causing drivers to slow down.
