Cluster bomb treaty agreed

More than 100 nations have reached agreement on a treaty to largely ban cluster bomb use, international diplomats meeting in Dublin say.

But some of the world's main producers and stockpilers - including the US, Russia and China - oppose the move. Paul Adams reports.
