How to catch a whopper

Missouri resident Darin Opel could not believe his luck when he landed an Asian carp more than five feet long.

Experts believe the 92lb fish could be the largest ever caught by an amateur fisherman in the western hemisphere.

Mr Opel struggled with the giant fish for about 10 minutes before he jumped in and wrestled it to the shore.
