Moroccan king to visit France King Mohammed of Morocco is due to go to France next month on his first official tour abroad since he came to the throne six months ago. During a private visit to France in January the King met the French President Jacques Chirac. Mr Chirac, who has close ties with the Moroccan Royal family, visited Rabat in October.
