Demo for missing journalist

Journalists and intellectuals were among more than two-hundred people who took part in a demonstration in Moscow in support of the journalist, Andrei Babitsky, who's missing in Chechnya.

Mr Babitsky, who works for the American-funded station Radio Liberty, was arrested by Russian forces in Chechnya for alleged complicity with separatist rebels.

The Russians say they then handed him over to the rebels in exchange for two Russian soldiers.

The Chechens have denied they're holding him.

Many of those taking part in the demonstration said they held the acting Russian president, Vladmir Putin, responsible for Mr Babitsky's fate.
