US concerns over India US Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright has said that President Clinton's visit to India next month, while important, should not be seen as a sign that all the problems between Washington and Delhi have been resolved. Speaking in Washington she said America continued to have serious concerns about the issues of Kashmir and nuclear non-proliferation, which President Clinton would raise during his five day visit beginning on 20 March. Nonetheless, Mrs Albright said Washington was keen to keep relations with the world's biggest democracy on a solid footing. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service
