Explosions in Tajik capital Three explosions have rocked the centre of the Tajik capital, Dushanbe. The first, near the Tajik Tax Committee building, broke windows in a nearby block of flats. The interior ministry says the others went off opposite the Russian embassy and near a shop. Reports say there have been no casualties. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
