Azeris, Russians sign border deal The Russian and Azerbaijani interior ministers, Vladimir Rushailo and Ramil Usubov have signed an agreement on border co-operation. At talks in Baku, they also signed a memorandum on fighting terrorism and co-operation between their law enforcement agencies. Mr Rushailo arrived in Azerbaijan from Armenia, where he and the Armenian interior minister, Hayk Harutiunian, said they would step up efforts to stop criminal groups operating in the two countries and the illegal movement of weapons.
