England wins unprecedented test CRICKET: And there has been an unprecedented finale to the test series between South Africa and England. After losing three days of the fifth test in Pretoria because of rain, the two sides agreed to restrict themselves to one innings each. South Africa declared at two-hundred-and-forty-eight for eight -- a target which England beat with five balls to spare and two wickets in hand.
