Downing Street gate crash charge A man is to appear in court in London tomorrow - Monday in connection with an incident in which a car was driven into the security gates outside Downing Street, where the prime minister lives. The man, Stephen Bonnett, has been charged with dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm to an American tourist. The prime minister was not in Downing Street at the time.
