Reward for information on Islamabad rockets The United States has offered a reward for information on the rocket attacks last November on United States and United Nations sites in the capital, Islamabad. The offer described the reward as substantial, but did not give details. The attacks took place two days before UN sanctions against the Taleban authorities in neighbouring Afghanistan came into force. The sanctions were an attempt to force the Taleban to hand over the Saudi exile Osama bin Laden, who is accused of masterminding the bombings of two American embassies in east Africa.
