Uganda hosts regional security talks The leaders of Burundi, Tanzania and Uganda have begun two days of talks on regional security. Few details have been released of their discussions which are taking place in Uganda at a hotel south of the capital, Kampala. A Ugandan spokesman said Presidents Benjamin Mkapa of Tanzania, Pierre Buyoya of Burundi and Yoweri Museveni of Uganda were reviewing progress made so far to bring peace to the Great Lakes region.
