Nepal rebels kill police The authorities in Nepal say three policemen have been killed in an attack by Maoist insurgents. They say the rebels attacked a police post in Nuwakot, near Pokhara. One of the insurgents also died. Another rebel was killed in a clash in the Kalikot district, in western Nepal. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
