Cape Town court blast There's been an explosion outside a courthouse in South Africa's Cape Town. Three people were injured. The blast came as members of a Muslim vigilante group, PAGAD, were due to appear on bomb possession charges. The group has been accused of being behind a series of recent bomb attacks in Cape Town.
