Gotti Junior arrested in N.Y

Authorities in the United States have arrested the son of the jailed mafia boss, John Gotti, and about thirty others in several raids in New York.

John Gotti junior, who has allegedly taken over the illegal operations of the Gambino family, together with two close aides, has been detained by the New York metropolitian police and faces charges of illegal gambling, extortion and fraud.

His father was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder in 1992.
