Twenty-six dead in Mozambique landslide
Mozambique state radio says that twenty-six people have been killed by a landslide in the central province of Zambezia. Sixty people have been reported missing. The radio said the rain destroyed several buildings and left hundreds of people homeless on Tuesday in Milange district, on the border with Malawi. The exceptionally heavy rains that have hit Africa's east coast have also affected the north of the country; in the coastal district of Mocimboa da Praia five-hundred families have been left homeless.
