Taiwanese intelligence chief takes Hanoi posting
Taiwan has announced that a senior military intelligence officer is to be its next representative in Vietnam. Officials at Taiwan's economic and cultural office in Hanoi say that the director of the Military Intelligence Bureau, Lieutenant-general Hu Chia-chi, will probably take up his post next month.
