Klinsmann to retire after World Cup
The captain of the German nation football team, Juergen Klinsmann, has announced he's to retire from the game after this year's World Cup in France. In an interview with German radio , Klinsmann -- who's thirty-three -- said he would not be playing for either club or country after the tournament which ends on July the twelfth. He's currently with the English club, Tottenham Hotspur. The highlights of Juergen Klinsmann's career include winning the World Cup (in Italy) in 1990, the European Championship (in England)in 1996, and the UEFA Cup in the same year with the German club, Bayern Munich.
