Turkish-Ukrainian clash in Black Sea

A Turkish fishing boat has capsized during a clash with Ukrainian border guards in the Black Sea.

Reports say two Turks were killed.

A Ukrainian border forces spokesman said the Turkish vessel was one of seventeen that were fishing illegally in a Ukrainian economic zone in the north-west of the sea.

The spokesman said the Turkish vessels ignored warning shots.
