Algeria says EU officials will not visit - Algerian report
Text of report by Algerian radio on 14th January

The foreign minister, Mr Ahmed Attaf, has confirmed at a news conference [in Algiers today] that the European troika [previous, present and next holders of EU presidency] will not be coming to Algiers because of the level of its representation.
