Will to win: Henman grits his teeth for victory

BBC correspondent Iain Carter reports from Sydney (0'37'')
Defending champion Tim Henman is through to the second round of the Sydney International tennis tournament.

The British number two soared through the first set after breaking Mark Woodforde's serve in the opening game.

Henman, seeded sixth, waivered in the second set allowing the Australian doubles ace to smash his one break lead and take the set.

Trailing 3-2 in the decider, Henman returned to form to clinch a 6-2 3-6 6-4 win in one hour 45 minutes.
