Algeria says Europe can help by breaking Islamists newtorks "in Europe"

Meanwhile, the Algerian ambassador to the UN, Abdalla Baali, said the best way to help Algeria would be to break what he called the terrorists' support network in Europe.

He told the BBC some countries have already taken action, except Britain and Scandinavia
