Indian police arrest two suspected spies, one a Pakistani national

Indian police in the northern state of Haryana say two people have been arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan.

The police said a Pakistani national Fateh Mohammedand an Indian national Rehman Din had been carrying secret documents, including maps of strategic military installations in northern India.

The arrests come ahead of the Indian elections due to begin next month.
