Another explosion in Guyana
There has been an explosion in the Guyanese capital, Georgetown -- the third such incident there in two days. The blast went off outside a hotel; fences and windows were damaged but no-one was injured. On Monday, two small bombs exploded outside a local, privately-owned television station. Tension has risen in recent weeks following the outcome of last month's general elections which were won by the People's Progressive Party but are disputed by opposition groups.
