NFL champions Green Bay Packers are to meet San Francisco 49ers to decide who will challenge for the Super Bowl.

Todd Ant reports. (Dur 43")
The Packers saw off Tampa Bay Bucanneers 21-7 in the second round of the National League playoffs.

But Green Bay have to win in San Francisco to secure the National Conference title and reach the Super Bowl.

The 49ers are aiming for their sixth Super Bowl title, but they have been eliminated from the playoffs by the Packers in the last two years.

In the AFC, Denver Broncos grabbed a 14-10 away win over Kansas City Chiefs.

Terrell Davis rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns to give the Broncos sight of the American Conference title and the Super Bowl.

The Broncos will meet the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC final.
